San Francisco: POOR —> 3-4’+ 

Onshore winds persist, plaguing the surf, though a slight increase in NW energy brings a bit more size, with a mix of WNW and SSW swell filling in for chest to shoulder-high+ waves. Expect messy conditions initially from moderate to breezy westerly winds, anticipating lumpier surf by afternoon.

Linda Mar: POOR-FAIR —> 1-2’ 

The morning sees drained-out and chewed-up surf due to westerly winds; waiting for the tide to rise is advisable. Fresh NW swell will provide more waist-high waves, reaching chest-high at the north end, with some shape improvements and increased size later.

Santa Cruz: FAIR —> 2-3’ 

A modest increase in morning size is present, particularly with the low tide, offering waist to chest-high waves at good southerly exposures. Very light southerly winds will maintain clean conditions in town, with mellow texture expected for the latter half of the day despite softening from higher tides
